Jerry Sandusky was handcuffed and removed from his Pennsylvania home earlier today … after he was hit with 9 NEW sex abuse charges from 2 new accusers.
According to Attorney General of Pennsylvania, the 2 new accusers each say they met Sandusky through the The Second Mile — an organization for at-risk youth that Sandusky founded.
Officials say, “As in many of the other cases identified to date, the contact with Sandusky allegedly fit a pattern of ‘grooming’ victims … Beginning with outings to football games and gifts; they later included physical contact that escalated to sexual assaults.”
One of the new accusers, who is now identified as Victim 9, claims he met Sandusky in 2004 … and alleges that bizarre behavior such as hugging, rubbing, cuddling and tickling escalated to sexual assaults … some of which were performed in the swimming pool and Jacuzzi of a hotel near Penn State.
The other new accuser, identified as Victim 10, claims he was 10-years-old when Sandusky would have “wrestling” sessions in the basement of the coach’s home — which escalated to oral sex.
The Attorney General announced that Sandusky was charged with 4 new counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and 2 counts of unlawful contact with a minor, all felonies which are each punishable by up to 20 years in prison and $25,000 fines.
Sandusky was also charged with 1 count of indecent assault and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of children, all third-degree felonies which are each punishable by up to seven years in prison and $15,000 fines.

The man identified as Victim 9 in the Jerry Sandusky grand jury presentment released this afternoon testified that Sandusky’s wife did not respond to his scream for help from the basement of their State College home.
“The victim testified that on at least one occasion he screamed for help, knowing that Sandusky’s wife was upstairs, but no one ever came to help him,” the presentment says.

Sandusky, charged last month with sexually assaulting eight boys, was arrested today and charged with assaulting two more. He was taken in handcuffs from his home today.
Victim 9, now an 18-year-old male, met Sandusky through his childhood participation in The Second Mile charity program from 2004-08. He told the grand jury he met Sandusky while participating in a pool activity as part of a Second Mile camp. Sandusky founded the children’s charities in 1977; the attorney general says that’s how he met all of his alleged victims.
Victim 9 testified to a pattern of sexual assaults by Sandusky over a period of years. Many of the assaults occurred in the basement bedroom of Sandusky’s home, he said. The victim testified that Sandusky performed oral sex on him numerous times. Sandusky also tried to rape him on at least 16 occasions and at times did penetrate him, he testified.

A Catholic Church child safety co-ordinator who was in charge of investigating sexual abuse allegations was jailed for 12 months today for internet peadophile offences.
Christopher Jarvis, 49, a married father-of-four, investigated historic claims of child abuse, interviewing the victims when they were adults.
He was responsible for child protection at 120 churches and parish community groups for nine years.
He also, as a member of the Devon and Cornwall Multi-Agency Safeguarding Team, had access to police and social services information about victims of child abuse.
As a result of the conviction and sentencing, the Roman Catholic Church has ordered a review of child protection across the South West of England.

Disgraced politician and ex-police prosecutor Graham Capill is free after more than six years behind bars for child sex offences.
The Department of Corrections yesterday confirmed the former Christian Heritage party leader had been released from jail nearly three years early.
“Mr Capill will be managed according to the standard and special conditions of his parole order set by the New Zealand Parole Board,” Community Probation Services area manager Nick Scott said.
Last month, the Parole Board granted parole to the Christchurch-based church minister and morals campaigner to an undisclosed residence.
He had been declined five times previously.
Capill, 52, was sentenced to nine years jail in July 2005 after admitting sex crimes against three young girls over a 12-year period, starting in 1990, the year after he became party leader.
He was paroled with seven special conditions, including being banned from contact with children aged 16 years old or younger unless under approved supervision.

French film star Gerard Depardieu was caught short on a Paris to Dublin flight and relieved himself on the cabin floor in front of shocked passengers, a witness and the airline said today.
A friend of France’s best-known movie actor disputed the account, claiming that the 62-year-old bon vivant had been trying to urinate discreetly into a bottle after a flight delay and was “mortified” to cause a spillage.
The plane taxied back to the terminal and Depardieu was escorted off the flight by ground crew without incident.
“I will only confirm that he, in effect, urinated in the plane,” a Paris spokeswoman for Air France-KLM, parent company of CityJet, operator of the Tuesday flight from Charles de Gaulle that was delayed by the incident.
A passenger told Europe 1 radio Depardieu was visibly inebriated and tried to stand up before take-off, declaring: “I want to piss. I want to piss.”
A stewardess asked the well-loved celebrity — who was on his way to Ireland to play comic book warrior Asterix’s huge sidekick Obelix in a film adaptation — to wait 15 minutes until after the seat-belt lights were put out.
“And there and then he stood up and did it on the floor. We could see he had been drinking. The stewardess was dumbfounded,” the witness said.
But friends of the “mortified” star, speaking to AFP on condition of anonymity, said he had told them he was “absolutely not drunk” but had been caught short and forced to pee into a bottle as privately as possible.
They confirmed the witness’ account that the stewardess had asked him to wait 15 minutes before the toilets would be opened, and said he had agreed, but added that the flight had then been delayed a further 20 minutes.
A flying companion, fellow actor Edouard Baer, had therefore offered him an empty bottle to ease his aching bladder.
When some urine spilled onto the floor, Depardieu was mortified and offered to clean it up himself, but the crew decided to turn round and taxi back to the terminal and have him escorted off the jet by ground crew, they explained.
“No charges were brought and no fine was imposed, and he had the impression that his position about the misunderstanding and the inflexible attitude of the stewardess had been understood by those he spoke to,” one added.
The source added Depardieu had been able take the next flight to Dublin.
“The passenger refused to remain in his seat. It was the captain’s decision it was best to return the plane to the stand,” a CityJet spokeswoman said, adding the flight was delayed for one hour and 15 minutes.
She said the passenger did not appear to the crew to be drunk. Police were initially called, but he was escorted from the plane by ground crew.
