“I’m such a fan of our writing staff, and everything they write is from a place of truth within what the characters are going through in the moment. I’ve never once felt like anything has been out of [place] — even when it’s a really dirty joke or something,” says Behrs. “It’s still coming from a true place… We don’t really pay attention to [criticism] on set. People are always going to have a problem with something.”
“Our show has a lot of heart and a lot of warmth and I wish people would recognize that as well,” she says.

ONLY ‘GLEE’ COULD GET A DECENT STORYLINE OUT OF A SPIKED SLUSHIE……..SO I DID THIS STORY ON HOW I HATED THE TRIBUTE SHOWS, AND THOUGHT THE ‘GAGA, MADONNA’ EDITIONS DID NOT WORK. WELL, ‘MICHAEL’ DID. REALLY WELL. BECAUSE IT WAS STORY FOCUSED, THEY USED LESS SONGS AND SUNG MORE OF THEM, AND THE SHOW HAD HEART. AFTER WEEKS OF BIZARRE BEHAVIOUR, CHARACTERS SEEM BACK TO THEMSELVES AND BEHAVIOUR IS JUSTIFIED. THOUGHT ARTIE AND HARRY CHAN WAS ONE OF THE HIGHLIGHTS. I ALWAYS FORGET KEVIN MCHALE WAS IN A BOY BAND. THE NUMBER IS BRILLIANT AND PERFECT FOR THE EPISODE, FOLLOWING ARTIE’S AMAZING SPEECH….
