Hackers appeared to have commandeered the YouTube page of the venerable “Sesame Street” children’s show Sunday, reprogramming the page with content brought to you by the letter “X.”
The show page was taken offline Sunday afternoon, and visitors were greeted with a message from the video website informing them it had been shut down “due to repeated or severe violations of our community guidelines.” Users who called up the account earlier had found explicit sex videos instead of Muppets.
There was no immediate response to the hacking from PBS, the show’s producers or search giant Google, which owns YouTube. A message posted on the page before its removal claimed responsibility in the names of two other YouTube users, one of whom denied responsibility in a statement on his own page.
“I did not hack Sesame Street. I am an honest YouTuber,” the user, identified as “MrEdxwx,” posted on his account. “I work hard to make quality gameplay videos, and most important I respect the community guidelines.”FROM CNN

Ricky, a muscly hunk, and Rod, a Wall Street Republican, are the first same-sex puppet couple to marry in New York, according to the show’s producers.
The wedding took place at City Hall on Sunday, the first day same-sex marriages are legal in New York. It was held early, in order to make it back for a 3pm matinee.
“To have this finally happen for us – especially so soon after Will and Kate – is unbelievable to me,” Rod said in the statement announcing the engagement. “I realise there are a lot of broken hearts out there now that RIcky and I are off the market – step back, all you chorus boys! – but I’ve known since Day One that Ricky is the husband for me.
