I guess if it’s just one song in between all of those other artists, I don’t really care if Adam is there for that.  I was thinking it would be at least a medley of songs like they did at the EMAs.
A few days ago, I tweeted my local sports radio host and asked him if there was a rule that Adam would not be able to perform with Queen at the Olympics due to the citizenship issue.  He said he had never heard of anything like that, and had expected to see Queen & Adam there.  He saw no reason why it wouldn’t be possible.  I had also told him that Terence Trent D’arby (American) performed with Australian band INXS at the Sydney Olympics.  So I really don’t know if Queen might still surprise us with Adam, or if only the UK has this citizenship rule.
