Sydney’s annual Vivid Festival opened on Friday night with a series of spectacular light displays on many of the city’s iconic buildings. Now in its fourth year, the event features over 50 light installations, including a display on the ‘sails’ of the Sydney Opera House. The installation was the brainchild of German design company Urbanscreen. The event runs until 11 June.
