MAYBE. SHE IS HOT AS.

On January 20, photographers snapped Cory leaving the Griddle Cafe in West Hollywood with an L.A.-based model named Emi Perry… and the photogs are saying that she’s his new girlfriend!

No official confirmation yet that Emi and Cory are, in fact, actually dating. And we haven’t seen anything about it on either of their Twitter accounts. So the relationship is still just a rumor, for now.
